Gabroy Messer firmly believes the law is the law.
In 1993, a new law was passed. The Family and Medical Leave Act was passed by our federal government with the purpose of balancing the demands of the workplace with the needs of families, to promote the stability and economic security of families, and to promote national interests in preserving family integrity.
Our People’s Court- the District of Nevada Federal Court- fairly, respectfully and impartially followed the law. Our Jury of 8 heard all the evidence, heard all the arguments, and reached a unanimous jury verdict after deliberations, after questions to the People’s Court, and after evidence was presented for five days in the People’s Court.. Our Jury was empaneled fairly and impartially according to the law and the Great History of the 7th Amendment Right to a Jury in our Constitution. The Jury and their Verdict in our community is important and the parties, their counsel, and the process worked for Plaintiff. As stated by our Peoples’ Court:
Relying upon all evidence produced by the parties including all evidence proffered by Wynn to determine the single mother and brave Plaintiff Tiare Ramirez found that the Wynn interfered with her FMLA civil rights and the devastated Tiare Ramirez was entitled to a reasonable amount not based upon speculation or conjecture but based upon all the evidence in the amount of $321, 200.00 for damages in their Verdict on October 25, 2024.
Instead of resolving this matter pay paying the Verdict, Wynn has chosen to now lodge, what I believe to be, false accusations against me as an attorney for Tiare Ramirez in pursuit of her FMLA civil rights As attorney for Plaintiff Tiare Ramirez, I will pursue but whatever lawful and ethical means necessary despite obstruction, personal or professional, for my client Tiare. As Martin Luther King JR so correctly stated,
”We know through painful experience that freedom is never volunteered by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed… justice too long delayed is justice denied.”
