Kaine M. Messer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UNLV. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, CA, graduating cum laude.
During law school, Kaine served as Senior Student Writer of the Western State Law Review. He was awarded the position of Dean’s Fellow, where he was responsible for the mentoring of students facing academic probation. He was also a member of the Honors Moot Court Team, serving as Director of Internal Competitions. Kaine has competed in national moot court competitions in the areas of Civil Rights and Professional Responsibility.
Upon graduation from law school, he successfully passed the California State Bar Examination and was admitted to practice. While in California, he practiced Business and Real Estate litigation. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Western State College of Law and has taught undergraduate paralegal students. He has since successfully passed the Nevada State Bar Examination and is admitted to practice here.
