Plaintiff’s Attorney Perspective – What plaintiff’s attorneys look for when deciding whether or not to file a lawsuit

Christian Gabroy has been chosen to be the keynote speaker at the Defense firm of Fisher and Phillips’ annual seminar scheduled for Friday, October 11, 2019 at the at Tuscany Suites Hotel and Casino.

The majority of the audience will be HR professionals, ranging from generalists up to directors and chiefs. There will also be in-house counsel who will attend, usually about 15-20% of the crowd.

Christian will provide the perspective from the plaintiff’s point of view with an overview of what he looks for when deciding to sue employers on behalf of his clients. He will also cover what constitutes a strong case, and what does not. He will discuss when it is best to push for a trial vs. settlement. Come hear him speak and learn more about the elements of employment law.
