Wynn devastated Tiare Ramirez by wrongfully terminating her after eight devoted years for Tiare Ramirez using her approved FMLA medical leave. Our 8-person Jury in this case unanimously decided in Tiare Ramirez’s favor after the Jury heard all the evidence and provided justice. We praise our Seventh Amendment for allowing such relief.
