A Las Vegas high school girl has spent the past few months of her life recuperating from the crash of her motor scooter while the other driver didn’t even receive a ticket.
Casey Destin told the reporter that Dec. 28 started out about like any other day. She was involved in the crash as she was leaving her job at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets South employee parking lot. She remembers seeing white and then woke up in the ambulance covered in blood.
Attorney Christian Gabroy explained how the driver got away without so much as a ticket, even though she didn’t have insurance or a valid license.
