Tip-Sharing Lawsuit Filed

Las Vegas, NV – Gabroy | Messer, a Las Vegas-based law firm, has filed a tip-sharing lawsuit against Wynn Resorts Ltd. on behalf of Sheila Little, an employee, alleging that the company violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by failing to properly pay its employees the correct compensation.

The lawsuit alleges that Wynn Resorts Ltd. required its employees to participate in tip-sharing with managers and supervisors, without properly compensating those employees for their time and labor. This practice is in direct violation of the FLSA, which requires employers to properly pay their employees.

Gabroy | Messer is seeking to represent all current and former Wynn Resorts Ltd. employees who have been affected by this practice, as this tip-sharing lawsuit could potentially result in significant compensation for affected employees.

“Our client, and other employees of Wynn Resorts Ltd., are owed back wages for the time and labor they have been inaccurately compensated for,” said Gabroy | Messer partner, Christian Gabroy. “We are confident that the court will find in favor of the employees, and we look forward to helping them recover the compensation they rightfully deserve.”

The tip-sharing lawsuit is currently pending in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Gabroy | Messer is encouraging all former and current Wynn Resorts Ltd. employees who have been affected by this practice to contact their office as soon as possible.
